Return policyAny damaged items will require meeting the shippers criteria for getting credit for shipping damage including but not limited to noting the damage on the driver's paperwork, taking photos, etc. Manufacturing defects will be replaced upon verification of the defect. Any other returns must be approved before they will be accepted. Return shipping will be at customer's expense. The returns will be subject to the vendor's return policy which can be a 35% restocking charge or more. No returns will be allowed for custom items - all sales are final for custom items. |
